strawberry, bacon, and egg breakfast salad

I know, salad for breakfast?! It's actually one of my favorites AND a lot of my client's really like it as well!


Here's how to make it:

  • 2 eggs, cooked to your liking - I prefer sunny side up and seasoned with lots of pepper

  • 5 strawberries, diced

  • 2 slices of bacon

  • 2 cups of mixed greens

  • 1/4 of an avocado

  • and a drizzle of 100% pure maple syrup
